Before movies, radio or television, the traveling Medicine Shows brought entertainment to America. Flamboyant pitch doctors roamed the land hawking their tonics and miracle cures. With them came a host of singers, dancers, comedians, banjo pickers, blues shouters, jug blowers, string ticklers, and minstrel men. Fortunately, before the genre died altogether, a handful left their legacy on recordings.  Good For What Ails You presents twin discs of rare takes from 1926-1937. Step right up.
